Meetings

Chacewater Parish Council holds ordinary Full Council meetings typically on the last Wednesday of each month in the Killifreth Room, Chacewater Village Hall. 

These meetings are an opportunity to discuss key issues affecting the parish, review ongoing projects, and make decisions in the best interest of the community. Members of the public are invited to attend and may speak during Public Question Time at the start of the meeting.

Extraordinary Planning meetings are held as required to deal with planning applications and typically take place mid-month at Chacewater WI Hall. 

As with Full Council meetings, residents are encouraged to participate and share their views on planning issues.
