Chacewater Parish Council works to support the local community and maintain the places, paths and facilities that help make the Parish a safe, active and welcoming place to live.

Various community facilities across the Parish, such as buildings, open spaces, play areas, and other shared amenities, are managed or supported by Chacewater Parish Council.

Chacewater is connected by a network of public footpaths, bridleways and tracks which provide important access to the countryside and neighbouring settlements. Chacewater Parish Council is supported by Cornwall Council to deliver the maintenance and stewardship of these routes.

Chacewater Parish Council works with local volunteers and partner organisations to support community resilience during major incidents or severe weather events. The Chacewater Parish Community Emergency Plan outlines how our community emergency planning is organised, who may be involved during a local emergency, and where to find practical guidance and support.
