New website launches
Chacewater Parish Council is pleased to announce that its brand new website will go live at www.chacewater-pc.gov.uk on 1 December 2025. Work on this project has been ongoing over the past year, and the new website aims to give residents a more useful, accessible and up-to-date online home for council information.
The new site brings several improvements:
- Clearer information about Parish Council services – from planning and public spaces to local initiatives and community support.
- Easier access to agendas, minutes and council documents – all organised more intuitively, with better searchability.
- Improved accessibility and WCAG-compliant design – making the website easier for everyone to use, including those relying on assistive technologies.
- Better support for mobile devices, so you can find what you need quickly, whether you’re at home or out and about.
This is the next step in a wider update to the Council’s digital services and follows on from the introduction of new email addresses for council personnel. During 2026, the long-standing chacewater.net site will also be replaced with a completely new Chacewater Community website, designed to showcase local organisations, events, venues and volunteer opportunities and will work alongside the Parish Council site but with a distinctly community-focused role.
We hope residents will find the new Parish Council website clearer, more helpful, and easier to navigate. Your feedback will be welcome once it launches — so please do take a look from 1 December and let us know what you think.
