Changed times for this month’s public meetings

Due to the anticipated co-option of new Parish Councillors at this month’s Full Council meeting, the times for the ordinary Full Council Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council have changed.

The Full Council Meeting will now be held on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 18:30 in Chacewater Village Hall. This meeting will discuss usual Council business and conclude with the co-option vote for new Councillor applicants.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will now be held following the Full Council Meeting at 19:30. The Annual Meeting discusses Parish Council governance and will resolve meeting dates for the next twelve months, appointments to committees and working parties, and confirm adoption of any new or amended policies.
