These are formal meetings of Chacewater Parish Council and its committees, held in accordance with statutory requirements and open to the public. Agendas are published in advance, and decisions are made during these meetings in line with the Council’s legal responsibilities.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and may speak during the designated public participation period, in accordance with the Council’s standing orders.
