Chacewater Parish Council has produced a scheme to deliver a new Parish Centre to replace the Chacewater WI Hall in The Square Car Park.
The new Parish Centre is intended to be a dedicated space for community meetings, events, and local services. The building will provide a central point for parish activities and engagement.
The design of the Centre has been shaped by three public consultations:
- 2 March 2024 – Presentation of initial design concepts at the Chacewater Parish Community Engagement Day held at Chacewater Village Hall;
- 22 May 2024 – Review of Design Options held at Chacewater WI Hall; and
- 17 July 2024 – Selected Design Option held at Chacewater WI Hall.
A planning application was submitted in February 2025 and was approved by Cornwall Council in October 2025.
