Manages staffing and human resources matters on behalf of the Parish Council.

Working Parties
Working parties are advisory groups established to investigate, develop or oversee specific tasks or projects before reporting back to the Council or a committee. They may include councillors and public members.
Chacewater WI Hall Working Party
Oversees maintenance and development of the Chacewater WI Hall as a key community venue.
Charitable Trusts Working Party
Oversees governance of existing and new charities for community purposes in the Parish.
Digital Services and Branding Working Party
Develops and manages the online services provided by Chacewater Parish Council and establishes and oversees the Council’s branding guidelines.

Oversees the development and administration of the Chacewater Parish Community Emergency Plan and organises the Community Response Team.

Oversees the review of the Neighbourhood Development Plan and other planning policies.
Recreation Centre Working Party
Oversees the delivery of the Chacewater Recreation Centre project and related works to the Chacewater Recreation Ground.
