Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) 2025/26

In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, Chacewater Parish Council has published its Unaudited Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The statutory Period for the Exercise of Public Rights runs from:

Wednesday 1 July 2026 to Tuesday 11 August 2026 (inclusive).

During this period, any interested person has the right to inspect the Council’s accounting records and related documents on reasonable notice. Local government electors also have the right to question the appointed external auditor and to make objections in accordance with the legislation.
