Minutes

Minutes of Chacewater Parish Council meetings are published as soon as practicable after each meeting, but only once they have been reviewed and approved at the subsequent council meeting. Once approved and signed by the Chair, those minutes become the official record of the meeting.

Approved minutes are retained permanently in the Council’s records, with copies available on this website for a minimum of six years to meet statutory and audit requirements. For older records or specific enquiries, please contact the Parish Clerk.
